Hull four piece, Everything to Nothing, combine emo rock with anthemic pop-punk, taking inspiration from contemporaries such as Taking Back Sunday, Manchester Orchestra, and Modern Baseball.
Formed in late 2017 through social media and mutual friends, Everything to Nothing are made up of lead vocalist and guitarist Karl, lead guitarist Dave, bassist Sam and drummer Mat.
Everything To Nothing have quickly started their musical career with the release of debut single “Daylight” in January 2018 (recorded with producer, Mikey Scott at Fruit Trade Music, Hull).
“Daylight” gained momentum for the band after getting airplay from Alan Raw, presenter of BBC Introducing on Radio Humberside, and receiving a growing number of streams online. The band have played at Pop Punk Pile Up alongside Mallory Knox & The Bottom Line as well as opening the Rock Stage at the 2018 Humber Street Sesh Festival.
With further releases planned for the end 2018 following recording sessions with Dave Boothroyd at Reel Recording Studios (You Me at Six, Don Broco) Everything To Nothing have lots to look forward to over the coming year.
“Ten Years” is the second single recorded with Dave Boothroyd (You Me at Six, Blink 182, Don Broco) at Reel Recording Studios, York. The latter will be available on December 7th, save the date!
